Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Credit and Collection Executive based in Pasig. The primary responsibilities include managing credit control and debt collection activities to ensure timely payments and minimal overdue accounts. The role involves monitoring customer accounts, evaluating creditworthiness, handling communication with clients regarding payments, and addressing any financial discrepancies. The position also requires maintaining accurate financial records and collaborating with the finance team to drive effective collections processes.

Qualifications

  • Strong skills in Credit Control and Debt Collection to manage customer accounts and ensure timely payments.
  • Excellent Communication skills to liaise effectively with clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in Analytical Skills to evaluate creditworthiness and resolve financial discrepancies.
  • A solid background in Finance, with knowledge of financial processes and systems.
  • Attention to detail, time management, and the ability to work well under pressure.
  • Relevant experience in credit management or collections, preferably in the IT industry, is an advantage.
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field preferred.
