MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Plans and organizes all scheduled aspects of work that include minor and major repairs or preventive maintenance.
  • Establishes and oversees safety standards to ensure that the work area complies with the manufacturer safety guidelines and company policies.
  • Oversee vehicle diagnosis, repair, maintenance and Inspect vehicle during repair and maintenance assigned per technician
  • Inspect work performed by technicians and review completed repair orders.
  • Conduct final inspection through performing test drive with client if necessary.
  • Update the job controller regarding the actual status of the repair order.

Knowledge and Skills Required:

  • Has good sense of leadership
  • With high technical skills
  • Highly analytical and keen to details
  • Knows how to deal with highly sensitive and confidential information
  • Ability to multi-task and operate effectively in stressful situations
  • Solid judgment and ability to resolve conflict effectively
  • at least 3 years with experienced in Automotive

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fixed term

Pay: Php16, Php17,000.00 per month
