Supervise construction workers and subcontractors, ensuring projects meet quality, safety, and schedule standards.
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and supervise on-site construction activities.
- Interpret blueprints and specifications.
- Assign tasks and monitor progress.
- Enforce safety regulations.
- Inspect work quality.
- Manage materials and equipment.
- Report progress and issues.
- Resolve site problems.
- Train and mentor workers.
- Maintain records.
Qualifications:
- At least 3 years of experience as Construction Foreman or Team Leader.
- Knowledge of construction methods and safety.
- Blueprint reading skills.
- Leadership and problem-solving abilities.
