Education and Experience High school diploma or equivalent; vocational training or certifications in construction is a plus. Proven experience as a Foreman or in a supervisory role, preferably in construction or a related field. Skills Strong leadership and decision-making abilities. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in reading blueprints and technical drawings. Basic knowledge of construction tools, methods, and safety protocols. Certifications OSHA (Occupational Safety and Health Administration) certification. First aid and CPR certification. Physical Requirements Ability to work in various weather conditions. Physical stamina to oversee long hours on-site and lift heavy materials when needed. Other Qualifications Time management and organizational skills.
