Job Responsibilities:

The Digital Marketing Officer will be responsible for planning, executing, and monitoring marketing initiatives to strengthen the company's brand presence, drive customer engagement, and support sales growth. Key duties include:

  • Digital Marketing
  • Plan, implement, and optimize online marketing campaigns (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, SEO/SEM).
  • Manage company website content, updates, and analytics.
  • Monitor campaign performance and prepare regular reports.
  • Social Media Management
  • Develop and execute content calendars for social media platforms.
  • Create engaging posts, graphics, and videos aligned with the brand identity.
  • Track performance metrics (reach, engagement, conversions) and recommend improvements.
  • Customer Service & Engagement
  • Respond promptly to customer inquiries across digital platforms.
  • Maintain positive relationships with clients through excellent service.
  • Gather customer feedback to improve products, services, and marketing strategies.
  • Brand & Content Development
  • Support in creating promotional materials (brochures, flyers, email newsletters).
  • Coordinate branding activities to ensure consistency across all channels.
  • Assist in event planning, sponsorships, and marketing activations.
  • Market Research & Strategy
  • Conduct competitor analysis and market trend studies.
  • Provide insights to support business development and sales.
  • Contribute to marketing strategies that align with company goals.

Job Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or related field.
  • 2-3 years proven experience in digital marketing, social media management, or related roles.
  • Strong understanding of online advertising platforms (Google, Meta, TikTok, etc.).
  • Proficiency in content creation tools (Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar).
  • Knowledge of customer service principles and CRM tools.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational and project management abilities.
  • Ability to work independently, multi-task, and meet deadlines.
  • Creative mindset with analytical thinking for campaign evaluation.
