We are seeking a motivated and experienced Account Manager to join our team. The Key Account Specialist will be responsible for driving revenue generation and maximizing profitability by offering competitively priced and high-quality temperature controlled meat and meat products to restaurants, food chains, food processors, supermarkets, and wet markets. This role requires excellent customer service skills to foster customer loyalty and achieve sales and business objectives.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Visit customers regularly based on approved coverage or work plan
  • Collaborate with sales team appropriate sales projections- monthly, weekly
  • Introduce new products in the market
  • Build strong customer relations
  • Gives feedback to management on industry developments, new products and other related information relevant to the business
  • Close coordination with collectors, credit admin officer to avoid past due account that would hinder deliveries

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's/College Degree in Food Technology, Marketing or equivalent.
  • At least 2 - 4 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
  • Required Skill(s): Basic understanding of sales principles, Proficient in MS Office, Excellent Communication Skills, Able to adapt quickly to change with the ability under pressure, Team player with positive outlook, high energy and persistence, Strong organization, time management and ability to multitask
  • With experience in client and account management.
  • Background in Meat Industry is an advantage
  • Willing to do field work
  • Amenable to cover Cebu City Area
