Job Overview:

We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Copywriter to join our team. In this role, you will craft compelling, engaging, and brand-consistent content across a variety of platforms. From marketing campaigns and product descriptions to social media and email, your words will help drive conversions, increase brand awareness, and connect with our target audience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Write clear, persuasive, and original copy for digital and print media
  • Develop content for websites, blogs, email campaigns, product descriptions, social media, ads, and more
  • Collaborate with marketing, design, and product teams to align messaging and strategy
  • Edit and proofread copy to ensure high editorial standards
  • Conduct research to understand the target audience, industry trends, and competitors
  • Interpret creative briefs and translate business objectives into effective communication
  • Maintain and develop the brand's voice and tone across all content
  • Optimize content for SEO and user engagement when applicable

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a copywriter, content writer, or similar role
  • Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills with strong attention to detail
  • Ability to write in different styles and tones for various audiences and platforms
  • Strong understanding of marketing, branding, and consumer behaviour
  • Familiarity with SEO, keyword research, and digital content best practices
  • Bachelor's degree in English, Journalism, Marketing, Communications, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
  • Portfolio of written work demonstrating creativity and effectiveness

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in Real Estate Industry
  • Knowledge of CMS platforms (e.g., WordPress), email marketing tools, or social media platforms
  • Understanding of UX writing or conversion-focused copy is a plus
