Position Overview

We're looking for a mission-driven and versatile Marketing Copywriter to join our fast-paced, collaborative team Manila. In this role, you'll craft copy that brings Clarvida's voice to life across internal communications, recruitment campaigns, digital marketing, and print collateral — helping us attract talent, foster parents, client referrals, and community partners.

This is an exciting opportunity to join a new in-house shared services team supporting a national behavioral health and human services brand with purpose-driven storytelling and impactful content. You'll collaborate closely with our marketing, talent acquisition, people, and program teams to ensure that all messaging is clear, compelling, and consistent with our brand voice.

Key Responsibilities

● Write and edit copy for a wide range of platforms, including websites, brochures, flyers,

email campaigns, blog posts, internal communications, and social media

● Support marketing and recruitment efforts with persuasive, SEO-friendly content

● Collaborate with graphic designers and web developers to align messaging with visuals

and functionality

● Tailor messaging for diverse audiences including job seekers, foster parents, referral

sources, and business partners

● Develop campaign messaging and contribute to creative concepting for brand initiatives

● Maintain and apply Clarvida's brand tone and voice, while helping to refine it over time

● Adapt copy to various goals — from informative and supportive to urgent and action oriented

● Edit and revise drafts created by others to ensure clarity, tone, and brand alignment

● Ensure all content is culturally relevant, accessible, and appropriate for a U.S.-based

audience

Qualifications

● Proven experience as a copywriter or content writer, ideally in a marketing or mission driven setting

● Excellent command of U.S. English with strong editing and proofreading skills

● Experience writing for both B2C and B2B audiences

● Strong understanding of SEO best practices for web content

● Familiarity with content tools such as Google Docs, WordPress, and SEO plug-ins or

platforms

● Bonus: Background in healthcare, nonprofit, or social services

● Bonus: Familiarity with AP Style or other editorial guidelines

Work Schedule & Location

● Based in Clarvida Manila

● In-person to start, transitioning to a hybrid schedule

● Must be able to collaborate with U.S.-based teams; majority of work will be during Manila

business hours
