KMC Solutions is hiring a Customer Service Advocate for our client, Zenni Optical — a globally recognized leader in eyewear and customer experience.

Customer Service Advocates are essential members of Zenni's Customer Service team. You'll support customers across the globe, 24/7, through various channels including phone, chat, email, SMS, and social media. Key Responsibilities
  • Provide excellent customer support via phone, email, chat, SMS, and social platforms
  • Respond to customer inquiries regarding orders, products, and issue resolution
  • Maintain strong product knowledge and offer style guidance when needed
  • Coordinate with Technology, Product, and Site teams to relay customer feedback
  • Consistently reflect Zenni's customer-first tone in all interactions
Qualifications
  • 1–2 years of experience handling e-commerce or retail CSR accounts (local or international)
  • Strong English communication skills, written and verbal
  • Customer-centric mindset with an empathetic approach
  • Willing to work rotating or shifting schedules
  • Professional, personable, and adaptable with a positive attitude
  • Creative thinker capable of delivering memorable service
  • Passionate about providing exceptional, white-glove customer care
