Sale Associate play a vital role in the success of a retail business by providing excellent customer service, driving sales, and contributing to a positive shopping environment.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Greeting customers, understanding their needs, and providing recommendations.
  • Guiding customers through the sales process, processing payments, and handling returns.
  • Staying informed about products and services to effectively assist customers.
  • Effectively conveying information and actively listening to customer needs.
  • Providing a positive and helpful experience for every customer.
  • Ability to guide customers through the sales process and make appropriate suggestions.
  • Addressing customer concerns and finding solutions to their issues.
  • Balancing multiple tasks and prioritizing customer needs effectively.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Sales or related field
  • Experience is a plus
  • Excellent communication skills both oral and written
  • Have strong interpersonal skills
  • Willing to start ASAP
  • To be assigned in NCR area.
