Job Summary

We are looking for an Account Executive who will help grow our business by reaching out to new clients, maintaining strong relationships with existing customers, and handling digital inquiries. This role combines fieldwork (meeting clients face-to-face) with social media engagement, making it ideal for someone proactive, tech-savvy, and customer-focused.

Key Responsibilities

  • Meet and exceed monthly sales targets
  • Conduct field visits to introduce and offer our printing and production services.
  • Build and maintain long-term client relationships through excellent service and support.
  • Manage and respond promptly to client inquiries received via social media platforms.
  • Prepare customized proposals, quotations, and presentations based on client needs.
  • Coordinate with the production team to ensure smooth project delivery.
  • Achieve individual sales targets and contribute to overall team goals.
  • Stay updated on company products and industry trends to better serve clients.

Qualifications

  • College graduate or college level preferred, but not required
  • Preferably have a valid Driver's License (fieldwork required).
  • Experience in sales, account management, or customer service (printing/production background is a plus).
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Comfortable using social media platforms for business purposes.
  • Self-motivated, goal-driven, and able to work independently.
