Job Summary

Responsible for the planning, implementing, and monitoring our ONLINE and digital marketing campaigns for the brand/s assigned. Our ideal candidate is someone with experience in e-commerce-marketing, digital art direction, and social media management. In addition to being an outstanding communicator, you will also demonstrate excellent interpersonal and analytical skills.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Design and oversee all aspects of the brand/s assigned including our marketing database, email, and display advertising campaigns.
  • Prepare and manage digital marketing budgets.
  • Manager ROI and KPIs for the Online Sales Group.
  • Plan, manage and improve online content and social media platforms.
  • Prepare accurate reports on our marketing campaign's overall performance.
  • Coordinate with advertising and media experts to improve marketing results.
  • Identify the latest trends and technologies affecting our industry.
  • Evaluate important metrics that affect our website traffic, service quotas, and target audience.
  • Monitor competition and provide suggestions for improvement.
  • Conceptualizes and directs production of videos or materials required
  • Work with your team to brainstorm new and innovative growth strategies.
  • Oversee and manage customer database and CRM for the brand/s.

Online Digital Marketing Officer develops and executes online strategies (SEO, social media, email, ads) to grow a company's brand, drive traffic, generate leads, and increase sales, focusing on data analysis to optimize campaigns for ROI, manage online presence, and build customer engagement across digital channels. They are essentially the hands-on operators of digital marketing plans, using various tools to reach and retain customers. Key Responsibilities

  • Strategy & Planning: Researching trends, competitors, and audiences to create effective campaigns.
  • Content Creation & Management: Developing and publishing content for websites, social media, and emails.
  • Campaign Execution: Implementing SEO, PPC (Pay-Per-Click), social media ads, and email marketing.
  • Performance Monitoring: Tracking metrics, analyzing data (e.g., Google Analytics), and reporting on campaign success.
  • Optimization: Using insights to refine strategies and maximize return on investment (ROI).
  • Audience Engagement: Building and managing online communities and engaging with customers.
  • Brand Consistency: Ensuring consistent messaging across all digital platforms.

Other Requirements:

· Bachelor's degree in marketing, business or relevant field

· A minimum of 2 years experience in a digital marketing or technical advertising position and e-commerce/online Officer position.

· In-depth knowledge of various digital marketing channels, social media platforms, best practices, and website analytics

· Highly creative with excellent analytical abilities

· Preferred but not required to have experience in digital media production

· Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills

· Up-to-date on the latest trends and strategies in digital marketing.

· Other task deemed necessary and given by the Management from time to time.
