Position Overview:

The Organizational Development Manager is responsible for enhancing organizational effectiveness by developing and implementing strategies related to organizational design, job analysis, and competency mapping. This role requires strong partnership with various business leaders to ensure all initiatives contribute to overall company goals.

Key Responsibilities:

Organizational Design

  • Develop and execute organizational design strategies that align with the company's strategic objectives and growth plans.
  • Evaluate and recommend the right organizational models (e.g., matrix, functional, divisional) to maximize efficiency and support long-term goals.
  • Collaborate with business leaders to assess the alignment between organizational capabilities and business priorities, making recommendations for structural improvements.
  • Regularly assess organizational effectiveness and performance through metrics and feedback, identifying areas for improvement and proposing actionable solutions.
  • Work closely with HR, finance, and other departments to align organizational design with talent management, budgetary considerations, and operational efficiency.

Job Analysis and Competency Mapping

  • Conduct job analysis to identify key competencies for each position.
  • Determine specific skills, knowledge and behaviors required for effective job performance, aligning them with organizational goals.
  • Create competency frameworks that outline required competencies for each role, including proficiency levels and behavioral indicators.
  • Integrate competency maps into HR processes such as recruitment, performance evaluation, and training programs to ensure alignment with organizational objectives.

Qualifications:

  • Graduate of Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Business Administration, or a related field; Master's degree preferred.
  • Certification in Organizational Development or related HR certifications (e.g., SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP).
  • Minimum of 8-10 years of experience in organizational design and restructuring, job analysis and competency mapping.
  • Strong understanding of various organizational design strategies, competency mapping frameworks and job evaluation methodologies.
  • Excellent project management skills.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills and can collaborate well with various stakeholders.

Work Conditions:
