Position Summary:

The Total Rewards Analyst is responsible for managing and supporting employee compensation and benefits related tasks. This role ensures accurate administration, compliance with local regulations, and efficient coordination with both internal teams and external providers.

Duties and Responsibilities

Benefits (40%):

  1. Administer and monitor employee HMO enrollments, changes, and claims, ensuring timely updates and resolution of concerns
  2. Manage and ensure compliance for government-mandated benefits such as maternity and sickness computation and discussion to the employees.
  3. Ensuring completion of reimbursement under SSS for the benefit claim
  4. Coordinate with HMO providers and government agencies for processing of applications, removals, and claims
  5. Handle employee inquiries related to HMO coverage and statutory benefits
  6. Prepare and maintain accurate reports and records of benefits data
  7. Support payroll and HR teams in benefits-related processes and audits
  8. Stay updated on Philippine labor laws and regulations relevant to employee benefits

Compensation (30%):

  1. Prepare salary recommendations for promotions and other employee movements related to salary changes
  2. Consolidate and validate incentives data to ensure accuracy

Payroll (20%):

  1. In charge of reviewing and approving loan deduction request thru HRIS
  2. Encoding of income and deduction through payroll module

Wellness (10%):

  1. Participate in the implementation and creation of Wellness initiatives for the GBC

Required Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

  1. Strong verbal and written communication skills
  2. Excellent interpersonal and technical support skills
  3. Strong quantitative and analytical skills
  4. Excellent attention to details
  5. Ability to effectively and tactfully communicate with employees at all levels of the organization
  6. Familiarity with human resource policies and procedures
  7. Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software
  8. Ability to keep information confidential.

Education/Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management, Psychology or Behavioral Science preferred

  • At least one year of HR-related experience required in Benefits Administration.
