We are looking for a detail-oriented Compensation Analyst to join our growing team in global delivery operations. In this role, you will support client projects related to compensation benchmarking, pay structure design, and job leveling, using standard tools and methods.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Gather, organize, and present data using Excel and internal tools
  • Conduct compensation analysis, including market pay comparisons
  • Perform industry and financial research
  • Prepare client-ready reports using standard templates
  • Collaborate with global teams to meet client needs
  • Learn and apply best practices in compensation and rewards
  • Follow defined workflows and processes
  • Manage workload effectively and meet deadlines

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in a related or analytical field
  • At least 2 years of relevant work experience
  • Strong written and spoken English communication skills
  • Great attention to detail and strong analytical thinking
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel
  • Able to review and check data accurately across different types of work
  • Motivated, a team player, and takes ownership of tasks
  • Open to working mid or night shift to support global teams, with onsite reporting required up to 4 times a month at BGC, Taguig.

Job Type: Temporary

Contract length: 6 months

Pay: Up to Php30,000.00 per month
