What you'll be doing
- Conducting regular health assessments and providing quality nursing care to families
- Educating families on health and wellness topics, including disease prevention and management
- Coordinating with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless and comprehensive care
- Can also handle other babysitting duties, such as preparing meals, supervising playtime, and ensuring the child's safety and well-being.
What we're looking for
- Registered Nurse (RN) qualification with a valid license to practice in the Philippines
- Minimum of 2 years' experience in a similar family or community nursing role
- Comprehensive understanding of family-centred nursing principles and best practices
- Excellent problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities to handle complex healthcare situations
- Commitment to continuous learning and professional development
- Empathetic and compassionate approach to patient care
