About the role
ENVIVO CLINIC' is seeking an experienced Hemodialysis Nurse to join our team in Bacolod City, Negros Occidental. As a Hemodialysis Nurse, you will be responsible for providing comprehensive care to patients undergoing dialysis treatment. This is a full-time position that offers a competitive salary and benefits package.
What you'll be doing
- Monitoring and caring for patients throughout the dialysis process
- Administering medications and fluids as prescribed by the physician
- Maintaining and troubleshooting dialysis equipment
- Documenting patient assessments, treatments, and progress
- Collaborating with the healthcare team to provide the best possible care
- Educating patients and their families on the dialysis process and self-care
- Adhering to all safety protocols and infection control procedures
What we're looking for
- Registered Nurse with a valid license to practice in the Philippines
- Must have a Hemodialysis Training Certificate
- Must have ACLS, BLS Training Certificate
- At least 2 years' experience
- Strong clinical skills and knowledge of dialysis procedures and equipment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team and independently
- Commitment to providing high-quality, patient-centered care
