Job Overview:

The Cashier Manager will oversee the financial transactions and cash management at Pabling's Barbershop. This role involves ensuring accurate cashier operations, managing appointments , and leading a team of Barbers to deliver excellent service while maintaining the shop's efficiency and profitability.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage daily operations of the cash register and payment processing.
  • Supervise Barbers on best practices in customer service.
  • Prepare and maintain accurate financial records, including daily sales reports and cash reconciliation.
  • Handle customer inquiries, complaints professionally.
  • Monitor inventory levels and assist in ordering supplies as needed.
  • Implement and maintain a high standard of cleanliness in the shop
  • Collaborate with the management team to strategize on enhancing customer experience and driving sales.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in finance or business is a plus.
  • Proven experience in cash management, preferably in a retail or service environment.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
