Key Responsibilities:
- Customer Service & Sales
- Greet customers, answer questions, and provide product information.
- Assist customers in selecting gadgets, accessories, and related products.
- Promote store promotions and upsell products when appropriate.
- Cashiering & Transactions
- Operate the cash register and process payments accurately.
- Handle cash, card, and other payment methods securely.
- Issue receipts and manage refunds or exchanges according to store policy.
- Store Maintenance & Operations
- Maintain store cleanliness and organized product displays.
- Assist in inventory management, stock replenishment, and tagging items.
- Support opening and closing procedures of the store.
- Reporting & Administration
- Maintain accurate records of daily sales transactions.
- Report any issues, discrepancies, or customer complaints to the supervisor.
Qualifications:
- Education: High school diploma required; college level preferred.
- Experience: 0–1 year in retail sales or cashier roles, preferably in electronics or gadgets.
- Skills:
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Basic math skills for handling transactions.
- Familiarity with gadgets, electronics, and accessories is a plus.
- Ability to operate POS systems and basic computer applications.
- Other Attributes:
- Friendly, approachable, and professional demeanor.
- Able to work in a fast-paced retail environment.
- Flexible schedule including weekends and holidays.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: Php540.00 per day
