The Outlet Manager oversees the daily operations of the hotel's food and beverage outlet, ensuring exceptional guest service, efficient team performance, and adherence to operational and service standards.
Key Responsibilities- Manage day-to-day outlet operations to ensure smooth and efficient service.
- Lead, supervise, and develop the outlet team to uphold service excellence.
- Ensure food quality, service standards, cleanliness, and compliance with hotel and sanitation regulations.
- Handle guest inquiries, concerns, and reservations professionally and promptly.
- Oversee inventory control, requisitions, and proper stock management.
- Manage POS transactions, cashiering procedures, and daily sales reporting.
- Support promotional activities, upselling initiatives, and revenue objectives.
- Perform other related duties as assigned by Management.
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, HRM, Tourism, or related field (preferred).
- At least 2 years of F&B supervisory experience, preferably in a hotel.
- Strong leadership, communication, and customer service skills.
- Knowledge of F&B operations, POS systems, and basic inventory procedures.
