Job Overview

The Outlet Manager oversees the daily operations of the hotel's food and beverage outlet, ensuring exceptional guest service, efficient team performance, and adherence to operational and service standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage day-to-day outlet operations to ensure smooth and efficient service.
  • Lead, supervise, and develop the outlet team to uphold service excellence.
  • Ensure food quality, service standards, cleanliness, and compliance with hotel and sanitation regulations.
  • Handle guest inquiries, concerns, and reservations professionally and promptly.
  • Oversee inventory control, requisitions, and proper stock management.
  • Manage POS transactions, cashiering procedures, and daily sales reporting.
  • Support promotional activities, upselling initiatives, and revenue objectives.
  • Perform other related duties as assigned by Management.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, HRM, Tourism, or related field (preferred).
  • At least 2 years of F&B supervisory experience, preferably in a hotel.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and customer service skills.
  • Knowledge of F&B operations, POS systems, and basic inventory procedures.
