Role Overview:
The Talent Acquisition Specialist is responsible for sourcing and attracting candidates for restaurant staffing needs, focusing on targeted and bulk hiring
Job Responsibilities:
- Propose creative strategies to attract both active and passive candidates for large-scale hiring needs.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing and operations, to boost employer branding and craft compelling job ads that connect with target candidates.
- Implement high-volume sourcing campaigns for in-demand roles, ensuring a consistent flow of talent.
- Maximize sourcing efforts by using diverse channels such as employee referrals, job fairs, social media, recruitment agencies, and partnerships with educational institutions.
- Monitor key sourcing metrics, including response rates and candidate quality, and use insights to refine future strategies.
- Keep potential candidates engaged with continuous communication throughout the sourcing process.
Job Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in HR, ideally with a registered Psychometrician qualification.
- 1-2 years of experience in recruitment, focusing on bulk hiring in the restaurant industry.
- Strong expertise in branding, marketing, and social media recruitment strategies.
- Familiarity with the restaurant or quick-service restaurant (QSR) sector.
- Experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and HR software is a plus.
- Proficient in Excel, PowerPoint, Canva, and Photoshop.
- In-depth knowledge of high-volume hiring trends.
