The Application Developer is responsible for creating, improving, and maintaining software systems used inside the company such as HRIS, payroll, and inventory systems. This role focuses on business or internal applications that help make company operations more efficient.

The ideal candidate must have experience in developing and maintaining business systems or internal applications, not just websites.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain software used for company operations (e.g., HRIS, payroll, inventory, accounting systems).
  • Study the company's needs and create system solutions that fit those requirements.
  • Improve and update existing internal applications.
  • Test and fix issues to make sure systems run smoothly.
  • Work with other departments to understand their software needs.
  • Provide training or support to employees using the system.
  • Prepare simple reports and documentation related to the system.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related course.
  • At least 2–3 years of experience in software or application development (for business or internal systems).
  • Knowledge of programming languages such as C#, VB.NET, Java, or other similar tools.
  • Experience in developing systems like HRIS, payroll, ERP, or similar applications.
  • Good in problem-solving, communication, and teamwork.
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and able to work with minimal supervision.
