The Biddable Campaign Delivery Associate Director leads the Biddable Campaign Delivery Team. INDIVIDUAL RESPONSIBILITIESOversee cross biddable practice campaign outputs to deliver against business objectives, revisit strategies, and push boundaries on business growth for all GroupM Agencies. Identify and lead scalable solutions across key account campaigns and ensure optimal delivery and performance alongside all GroupM agencies and GroupM Nexus buying teams.

Ensure Campaign Delivery and Buying teams provide coherent media responses (e.g., quality control on media schedules produced for Agency Planners). Regularly review the quality of briefs provided by GroupM Agencies to ensure efficient and high-quality response output. Oversee and be accountable for end-to-end project management of campaign briefs, delivery, and closure.

Proactively identify opportunities to improve and enhance clients' campaigns and advise Agency teams accordingly. Contribute to new business development and pitching when required. Serve as the lead contact and trusted advisor for Biddable campaigns, liaising confidently with directors and senior management on existing and future arrangements.

Coach and mentor managers. Collaborate with markets' biddable practice leads to promote knowledge sharing and continuous learning on POVs, trends, and relevant skills to maintain a high-performing team. Assist GroupM agencies in consolidating data for ad hoc reports (e.g., CSI/Savings Report/Cost Avoidance).

Deliver holistic cross-practice campaign analysis (mid and post campaign) working with buying teams to provide actionable insights and optimization recommendations.Perform any other projects or tasks as assigned. GROUP RESPONSIBILITIESDemonstrate deep knowledge of all GroupM Agencies' deliverables at a cross-practice level, ensuring brief gaps are addressed by GroupM Nexus teams, including identifying misaligned KPIs, minimum spend benchmarks, and unrealistic campaign expectations. Set the agenda and direction for Campaign Delivery process improvements to enhance engagement between GroupM Nexus and Agencies.

Proactively address and escalate issues that affect the quality and timeliness of deliverables with markets' GroupM Nexus leadership and agencies. Support teams in adapting to fast-changing priorities. Provide technical expertise in client meetings when necessary.

Lead quality control and assurance practices across Biddable teams. Ensure compliance with finance processes, GroupM policies, and procedures across biddable practices. Lead and influence cross-functional collaboration by being open to new ideas and learning from colleagues with different expertise.

Encourage knowledge sharing and best practices among team members.
