About the position

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Quality Assurance (QA) Specialist to join our dynamic team. The QA Specialist will play a crucial role in maintaining the high standards of our diverse business units, including E-commerce, Retail, Food Services, Link Program, and Membership. This position requires a thorough understanding of our various business operations, auditing criteria, and adherence to our internal quality benchmarks.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct detailed audits across all designated business units: E-commerce, Retail, Food Services, Link Program, and Membership.
  • Ensure all quality standards are met and consistent across all platforms and services.
  • Collaborate with business unit leaders to identify areas for quality improvement and implement effective solutions.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry standards and compliance requirements.
  • Participate in the development and calibration of internal auditing tools and processes.
  • Work closely with the Chief Auditor to ensure full calibration and alignment with company-wide quality objectives.
  • Provide comprehensive training and support to other team members, enhancing their understanding of our business operations and quality expectations.
  • Prepare and present detailed reports on audit findings and quality assurance activities.

Requirements and Qualifications

  • Proven experience as a Quality Assurance Specialist
  • Strong understanding of quality assurance methodologies and best practices. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Detail-oriented with a commitment to excellence.
  • Experience in E-commerce, Retail, Food Services, or related industries.
  • Familiarity with Link Program Certification in Quality Management or Lean Six Sigma.
