We're looking for a Social Media Marketing Lead who's ready to take their skills to the next level and make a real impact. If you have a minimum of 3 years' experience in content planning, online campaigns, managing content, and tracking results and you thrive in a work-from-home environment, this could be your next career move.

This isn't a "just run ads" kind of role. You'll have the freedom and responsibility to create, execute, and optimize campaigns that connect with audiences, drive measurable results, and help our brand stand out. You'll collaborate closely with our creative, content, and sales teams to ensure every digital touchpoint works seamlessly together.

What You'll Do:

  • Develop and manage social media strategies and content calendars across multiple platforms (Instagram, TikTok, etc.)
  • Plan and execute online campaigns to build engagement, reach, and conversions
  • Monitor analytics, track performance, and translate insights into actionable improvements
  • Lead content creation from ideation to publishing, ensuring alignment with brand tone and goals
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with creative and sales teams to drive cohesive campaigns
  • Stay up to date with social trends, audience behaviors, and emerging platforms

What We're Looking For:

  • At least 3 years of proven hands-on experience in social media marketing, digital marketing, or content strategy
  • Proven ability to plan and execute social campaigns that deliver measurable results
  • Strong understanding of analytics tools (Meta Business Suite, TikTok Analytics, Google Analytics, etc.)
  • Creative thinker with a data-driven mindset
  • Excellent communication and project management skills
  • Self-motivated, organized, and comfortable working independently in a remote setup
