The Sales and Marketing Field Associate is responsible for implementing sales strategies and marketing activities in assigned areas to achieve company targets. This role involves actively promoting products and services, building strong customer relationships, gathering market insights, and ensuring brand visibility in the field.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Execute sales activities such as client visits, product presentations, and lead generation.
  • Assist in developing and implementing marketing campaigns, promotions, and events.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, partners, and retailers.
  • Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and track competitor activities.
  • Achieve sales targets by promoting products and closing deals in the assigned territory.
  • Distribute marketing materials and ensure proper product placement and visibility.
  • Provide accurate reports on sales performance, market conditions, and customer feedback.
  • Support the overall sales and marketing team in executing strategies to expand market reach

Educational requirement/Licensure requirement:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field (preferred).

Required years of experience:

  • At least 1–2 years of experience in sales, marketing, or fieldwork (fresh graduates with strong potential are welcome to apply)
  • Experience in FMCG, retail, or distribution is an advantage.

Knowledge/Skills/Competencies required:

  • Understanding of sales techniques, marketing principles, and customer engagement strategies.
  • Strong verbal and written communication for effective presentations and client interactions.
  • Ability to influence customer decisions and close sales deals.
  • Skilled in building and maintaining long-term client relationships.
  • Capable of interpreting sales data, market trends, and competitor insights.
  • Quick to identify issues and provide practical solutions.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks, manage schedules, and meet deadlines.
  • Can work under pressure and adjust to changing market demands.
  • Works effectively with colleagues to support marketing campaigns and sales targets.
  • Basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and familiarity with CRM tools is a plus.

Working conditions inherent to the job:

  • Field-based role with regular travel.
  • May include weekend or holiday work depending on campaigns and events.

Job Types: Full-time, Fresh graduate

Pay: Php18, Php20,000.00 per month
