PMO Administrator

Primary Purpose
This role will process the requests for administrative tasks.
Responsibilities
- Handle project admin related tasks (e.g. staff project on/off boarding, security clearance, collation and compilation of monthly progress reports).
- Ensure tasks/activities are completed within Service Requirements duration.
- Track outstanding transactions and take necessary follow-up actions to ensure closure.
- Escalate to Senior PMO Shared Services Team Lead on cases facing challenges.
- Any other tasks assigned.
Requirements
- Proficient in Microsoft 365, specifically Excel, Excel-Pivot Table, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, Outlook Scheduling, Teams, Sharepoint.
- Working experience of 1 to 2 years in PMO administrative operations (added advantage if candidate has previous exposure in IT industry).
- Able to work in a matrix organization.
- Able to multi-task, work under pressure and manage tight deadlines.
- Meticulous with a keen eye for details.
- Structured, organized, proactive, independent, self-motivated and strong team player.
- Possesses good interpersonal skills and can communicate well (both written and verbal) with people from different cultures and backgrounds.
- Possesses strong sense of ownership and tenacity.
- Possesses initiative and disposition with a strong commitment and orientation towards results and high-quality standards.
