Job Summary:

The CI/Collector is responsible for conducting credit investigations and collecting payments from clients with past due accounts. This role ensures that credit risks are assessed thoroughly and that delinquent accounts are followed up promptly and professionally to minimize bad debts.

What will you do?

Credit Investigation (CI):

  • Conduct field verification and background investigation of loan applicants and co-makers.
  • Visit the client's residence, business, and employment locations to validate information.
  • Interview references, neighbors, employers, and other relevant parties.
  • Submit timely and accurate credit investigation reports to the Credit Team.

Collections:

  • Monitor and collect overdue accounts through field visits and phone calls.
  • Provide clients with payment reminders, account updates, and settlement options.
  • Ensure proper documentation of collection activities and client interactions.
  • Coordinate with the office regarding payment updates and issues.
  • Negotiate payment terms with clients when necessary.

Who are we looking for?

  • Preferably with experience in credit investigation and/or field collections.
  • Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills.
  • Willing to work in the field and assigned areas.
  • Has a motorcycle and valid driver's license (if field-based).
  • Honest, trustworthy, and results-oriented.
  • Eligible for motorcycle leasing
