We are looking for a Recruitment Specialist who will be responsible in handling end-to-end recruitment, ranging from front-line employees / staff level to executives.

  • Manage multiple hiring requisitions and the candidate endorsement for each position in the assigned account/s
  • Utilize various tools, social media, presentations, internet groups and build network to help create candidate pipelines to meet recruiting goals
  • Facilitate sourcing using various tools and connect with prospective candidates who are shortlisted/ qualified for the position
  • Conduct initial interviews remotely and coordinate with hiring managers for endorsement and schedule of interviews – ensuring a smooth and seamless recruitment experience for each candidate
  • Facilitate job offer and onboarding to selected candidates and endure timely completion of recruitment requirements

Requirements:

  • Must be a college graduate of any course related to Human Resources field
  • Must have at least two (2) years of relevant and hands-on experience in handling end-to-end recruitment for various corporate positions (non-technical and technical)
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong problem solving and decision-making skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks with accuracy and timeliness
  • Must be able to interact and build relationships with employees at all levels and diverse backgrounds
  • Exposure in the financial or insurance industry is a plus
