Job Requirement:

  • Graduate of BS Accountancy, BS Financial Management, or any related course.
  • 2-3 years of Credit and Collection Experience
  • Experience in Real Estates is preferred
  • Experience in Housing loan documentation is advantage

Job Description:

  • Prepare, issue, and send First, Second, and Third Notices of Collection to buyers.
  • Prepare and send Notice of Cancellation in accordance with company policies and applicable
  • Monitor outstanding accounts and ensure timely follow-up, especially for past due accounts.
  • Conduct consultations and discussions with buyers regarding overdue accounts or accounts for voluntary/mandatory cancellation.
  • Coordinate with Head Office Treasury, Accounting, and Sales Administration on collection status and related administrative matters.
  • Work with Sales Admin to validate buyer information and resolve account discrepancies.
  • Prepare and submit accurate Collection Reports to the General Manager and Head Office on a regular basis.
  • Provide Aging of Past Due Accounts reports, including computation of past due interest, surcharges, and penalties.
  • Escalate critical or unresolved collection issues to management in a timely manner.
  • Assist buyers in the preparation, completion, and submission of housing loan documents and requirements for end-user financing.
  • Collect and remit monthly dues and other charges for services rendered by third-party providers.
  • Ensure timely and accurate reconciliation of these collections with service providers.
