Job Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Treasury Assistant to support our daily financial operations. This role involves managing cash transactions, assisting with bank reconciliations, and ensuring accurate financial reporting. The ideal candidate is organized, trustworthy, and comfortable working with numbers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Monitor and record daily cash balances and bank transactions
  • Prepare and process payments, fund transfers, and deposits
  • Assist in bank reconciliations and resolve discrepancies
  • Maintain accurate financial records and spreadsheets
  • Support month-end and year-end treasury reporting
  • Coordinate with banks and internal departments on treasury matters
  • Assist in cash flow forecasting and liquidity planning
  • Ensure compliance with internal controls and financial policies

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
  • Experience in treasury, accounting, or finance is an advantage
  • Proficiency in MS Excel and financial software
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Ability to handle sensitive financial information with integrity
  • Good communication and teamwork skills
