building engineer

We are looking for a Building Engineer who is in-charge of monitoring of building preventive maintenance, up keeping and implementation of project and service requests. Responsible for monitoring the work of Property and Building Technicians while monitoring compliance of the properties.

Responsibilities:

• PROJECT TURN OVER
• PROJECT IMPLEMENTATION
• CAPEX
• PURCHASE REQUISITION FORM
• BILL EVALUATION
• ASSET MONITORING
• SERVICE REQUEST - Conduct daily meetings with technicians for scheduled service requests and daily maintenance of common areas and/or minor repair in private units. Coordinate with residents on all technical aspects necessary for maintenance, inspect units for repair and guide the technicians on work necessary.
• COMPLIANCE - In-charge of all government facility compliance and reporting for the government.
• CRISIS MANAGEMENT - Provide critical thinking and provide direction in times of crisis situations. Mainly responds to all properties in need. Follow procedure and coordinate with BOT for resolution.

Qualification:

• Licensed Electrical Engineering;
• Minimum of 1 year experience as a Engineer with the same or related position. Experience in residential/building/hotel management is preferred.
• With valid DENR & LLDA PCO Certificate or willing to undergo training before on-boarding.
• Has strong focus on facility management and government compliance
• Can handle, monitor and upkeep of more than 5 properties
• Has a thorough understanding of HVAC, Electrical, FDAS and other mechanical equipment
• Excellent analytical and problem solving skills
• Effective and strong technical skills
• Organizational skills and good time management

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php20, Php25,000.00 per month
