Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct internal and external food safety audits across company facilities and partner establishments.
  • Assess compliance with local and international food safety regulations, including FSCO (Food Safety Compliance Officer) standards.
  • Identify gaps, risks, and areas for improvement in food handling, sanitation, and quality control.
  • Prepare detailed audit reports with findings, corrective actions, and recommendations.
  • Collaborate with operations and quality teams to implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
  • Provide technical guidance and training to staff on food safety standards and practices.
  • Stay updated on regulatory requirements, certifications, and industry trends in food safety.

Qualifications

  • Graduate of Food Technology (with or without license).
  • FSCO (Food Safety Compliance Officer) eligible for auditing.
  • With experience in food auditing or related quality/compliance role.
  • BOSH (Basic Occupational Safety and Health) certification is an advantage.
  • Strong knowledge of HACCP, GMP, and other food safety management systems.
  • Excellent analytical, reporting, and communication skills.
