Do you have a passion for coffee and a talent for creating memorable café experiences? We're looking for a skilled and enthusiastic Barista to be part of our café team at Greenhills Mall

Requirements:

  • Open to work at Greenhills Mall, San Juan
  • A degree in Hospitality Management or a related course is preferred
  • TESDA NC II Barista certification or completion of a short/vocational barista program
  • 2–3 years' experience in a café or restaurant barista role
  • Solid knowledge of coffee brewing methods and equipment operation
  • Availability to work weekends and holidays as needed

Role and Responsibilities:

  • Craft and serve espresso-based beverages, brewed coffee, and specialty drinks with consistency and care
  • Guarantee every drink meets quality, taste, and presentation standards
  • Provide excellent customer service with a positive attitude
  • Keep the work area clean, organized, and safe at all times
  • Perform equipment upkeep (espresso machines, grinders, etc.) and arrange scheduled servicing
  • Adhere to food safety, sanitation, and hygiene practices
  • Support inventory control, restocking, and daily bar setup
  • Collaborate with teammates, demonstrating reliability, precision, and professionalism
