  • Managing and executing general accounting processes including management and/or execution of core financial processes: billing, accounting, recordings, amortizations, monthly reporting, annual balance, bookkeeping, fiscal forms, tax declarations and half-year reports.
  • Oversees Accounting operations, which include financial accounting, accounts payable, payroll
  • Review all supporting computations and documents of monthly withholding tax on compensation and expanded withholding tax.
  • Annual Information Return of Creditable Income Taxes Withheld (Expanded)/Income Payments Exempt from Withholding Tax (including the alphalist).
  • Prepare accrual and analysis on VAT and EWT payments planning.
  • Prepare computation for VAT filing.
  • Prepare reports: Cash balance, Bank reconciliation, Financial statements
  • Review admin payroll (except Department Heads)
  • With extensive experience in BIR tax forms filing (VAT, IT, EWT and WTC).
  • Performing regular standard tasks but with the opportunity to vary work sequencing.
  • Complying with all client-published policies and procedures and any legal and regulatory requirements that the company is obliged to adhere to.
  • Prepare and issue a statement of account to customers.
  • Ensure timely collection of receivables.
  • Process payables.
  • Perform bank reconciliation.
  • Ensure validity and accuracy of transactions.
  • Organize financial data into useable information and relevant reports.
  • Prepare analysis of movement in account balances.
  • Maintain updated records for accounts monitored.
  • Prepare tax returns (Withholding Tax, Final Tax, VAT, etc.).
  • Other ad hoc matters.

Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in Accountancy or related studies. Experience in Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, Sales Audit, Inventory and General Ledger is an advantage.

  • Bachelor's degree holder (BS Accountancy or Accounting Technology).
  • Above average Microsoft office skills, adept in the use of Microsoft Word and Excel.
  • Experience in using QuickBooks and Google Workspace is an advantage.
  • Flexibility in schedules and work locations.
  • Fresh graduates are also welcome to apply.
  • Can start ASAP.
  • Results-oriented and ability to function in a team environment.
  • High level of accuracy and attention to detail.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From Php18,000.00 per month
