Role Overview

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Virtual Assistant to support our outreach efforts to financial institutions. The role involves submitting proposals, monitoring responses, following up with contacts, and tracking progress.

This is an entry-level freelance opportunity, but with clear growth potential: once you close a client that advances to Phase 2: Scale-Up (Institutional Rollout), we will formalize a full employment contract with lucrative bonuses and benefits.


Key Responsibilities
  • Submit proposals to financial institutions from the provided client list (no research required).
  • Monitor submissions and track proposal status in an organized system.
  • Follow up with prospects via email or phone as needed.
  • Maintain accurate records of communications and progress.
  • Report weekly updates to management on outreach and responses.

Qualifications
  • Prior experience as a Virtual Assistant, Executive Assistant, or Sales Support preferred.

  • Comfortable using productivity tools (email, CRM, spreadsheets).

Compensation Structure
  • Pilot Phase: 5% of company's commission for every successful client.
  • Scale-Up Phase: Full-time contract with bonuses, benefits, and higher earning potential.
