About the role

Nityo Infotech Services Philippines Inc. is seeking a dedicated Customer Service Representative (Financial Account) to join our dynamic team in Bonifacio Global City, Taguig City, Metro Manila. As a full-time Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our valued financial services clients.

What you'll be doing

  1. Handle inbound customer calls and emails professionally and efficiently
  2. Respond to customer inquiries, concerns, and requests in a timely and empathetic manner
  3. Assist customers with various financial account-related tasks, including account updates, transactions, and problem-solving
  4. Maintain detailed records of all customer interactions and take appropriate actions to resolve issues
  5. Work collaboratively with team members to ensure a seamless customer experience
  6. Continuously learn and stay up-to-date with product knowledge and industry regulations

What we're looking for

  1. Bachelor's Degree graduate
  2. Strong customer service orientation with excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  3. Previous experience in a customer service or call centre role, preferably in the financial services industry
  4. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
  5. Strong multi-tasking and time management capabilities
  6. Proficient in using computer systems and software applications
  7. Good command of the English language, both written and verbal
