Position: Shipping and Logistics Coordinator (FIXED TERM)

Your Role:

As a Shipping and Logistics Coordinator, you will:

• Experience handling bookings from our offshore manufacturing partners.
• Manage all ASN creation and updating
• Support in creating / collating importing export documentation
• Liaising with factories on ETD dates, quantity discrepancies and documentation
• Liaise with local and offshore customers to support indent programs (FOB, EX Works)
• Support in providing air and sea freight quotes to internal stakeholders as requested
• Creation and management of daily pick runs for our 3PLs
• Creation of ADHOC shipments
• Key point of contact for final mile delivery
• Process all reverse logistics requests
• Reporting and investigating on any warehouse variances
• Tracking of deliveries for key product launches and event dates (from manufacturer to customer)
• Following up with production and procurement teams weekly on any un-booked POs
• Report on any short shipment variances to production, procurement and operations teams
• Provide a weekly list of products on POs without pricing to Production and Procurement team
• Support in communication on any delays throughout the supply chain.
• Support in building out and maintaining departmental reports
• Displays a positive attitude towards all staff
• Contributes positively in team meetings and discussions
• Ability to communicate with the team effectively
• Actively contribute to NAR's and the team's success

What You Need:

Non-negotiables

3+ years experience working with international shipping providers

• 3+ years experience working with 3PLs and/or fulfilment centers
• 3+ years experience working with final mile delivery carriers
• 3+ years experience working with ERP systems
• Excellent English verbal and written communication skills
• Intermediate IT literacy (required)

Bonus points:

• Excellent English Communication Skills is always a big plus.
