Job Description:

The delivery process for new applications in Production and verification that the system and the application match the operational criteria

· The coordination with all technical teams.

· The creation, deployment and support of scheduled jobs for application under the responsibility of the SSC

· The enhancement of all Scheduled jobs depending on Projects and enhancements.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES IT Industrialization (analysis/development/project delivery)

· Analyze, implement and test new job flows for new Applications

· Document new job flows

· Package and deploy job flows

· Provide level 3 support for the new Job Flows and existing ones

IT PRE-PRODUCTION Requests Support Manage File Transfer (MFT) job creation Framework maintenance (analysis/development)

· Collect change requests sent by other support team and related to the core industrialization modules or job packages, confirm (or not) the need is core related, analyze, implement and test solution(s) before making them available for new deployments

· Analyze and propose solutions to incidents or abnormal behaviors of the core modules or job

· Propose new solutions or enhancements for the core modules

Description

· Develop, configure, and maintain automated job scheduling workflows using tools such as Control-M, Autosys, etc

· Collaborate with application and infrastructure teams to gather requirements and design job flows that meet operational needs.

· Monitoring configuration of the Monitoring tool.

· Analyze incidents and abnormal behaviors in job flows and propose effective solutions (Bug fixing).

· Document job flow designs, deployment procedures, and troubleshooting guides.

· Package and deploy job flows across environments (development, testing, production).

· Provide Level 3 support for both new and existing job flows.

· Review and validate change requests related to core scheduling modules and implement approved changes.

· Recommend enhancements and improvements to existing scheduling frameworks.

JOB SPECIFICATIONS

Essential

· Bachelor or Master's Degree in Computer Engineering, Information Systems, Computer Science or related field

· At least 3 years' experience in IS support and maintenance, System analysis, System developer or related fields.

· Ability to analyze and synthesize situations

· Able to take decisions/initiatives

· Good communication skills, both written and verbal in English. ]

Desirable/Preferable

· Capacity of problem analysis and resolution

· Capable to learn by himself/herself and self-motivated

· Good interpersonal skills, intercultural, customer oriented and good teamwork

TECHNICAL SKILLS

  1. Knows how to use a scheduling software (Control–M, Autosys) and familiar with Job Flows designs

  2. Basis Analysis & Issue resolving

  3. Good knowledge programming language and modules management

  4. Basic knowledge of Linux shell and PowerShell scripting

  5. Knows how to work with a Source Management system (SVN, gits, PVCS,…)

  6. Basic administration skills on Windows Server and Linux

  7. Knowledge of MS-SQLServer or and Oracle Databases

  8. Manage File Transfer tools (Axway, GoAnyWhere, etc
