The ideal candidate must meet the following qualifications:
Qualifications:
- A minimum of 1–2 years of experience as Receptionist or Admin staff.
- Must possess a valid motorcycle driver's license.
- Ability to coordinate effectively with internal departments and third-party service providers for repairs and maintenance of office equipment.
- Skilled in document control, including managing transmittals and delivery records.
- Capable of consolidating departmental supply requests and administering resource allocation efficiently.
- Competence in preparing and submitting reports in a timely and accurate manner.
- Flexible and adaptable, able to perform other assigned duties as needed.
- Strong communication and coordination skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office or other relevant office management software is an advantage.
- With pleasing personality
Job Description
1. Oversees the monitoring and implementation of housekeeping services.
Ensures maintenance, cleanliness and orderliness
Deployment of maintenance personnel
Physical requests and set-ups
Maintains the proper management, monitoring and timely forecasting and requisition of supplies.
Consolidation, issuance, and delivery
Maintains an updated inventory
Gathers monthly departmental supply request and administers cost control.
Ensures the daily driver and service vehicle scheduling and deployment
Coordinates with third parties for repairs and maintenance of office equipment.
Ensures document control, proper transmittal records of all incoming and outgoing deliveries.
Submits required reports as necessary.
Performs other functions as may be required on a temporary basis.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Php14, Php16,000.00 per month
