Job Description
- Support recruitment, onboarding/offboarding, and educating newly hired employees on HR policies, internal procedures, and regulations.
- Administer HR policies and ensure consistent application across departments.
- Administer performance management and employee development programs.
- Investigate employee complaints and guide conflict resolution.
- Coordinate training and development programs, with emphasis on labor law awareness.
- Support or lead labor negotiations, grievance resolution, and disciplinary actions.
- Serve as the primary HR contact for labor relations matters, ensuring a positive and compliant working relationship.
- Maintain detailed, accurate documentation related to labor issues and negotiations.
- Creating employee engagement plans, getting necessary budget approval, and initiating activities.
- Generating HR-related data, report preparation, and analysis.
- Acting as the subject-matter expert in terms of HR operations inquiry.
Job Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources or Psychology, and other related courses
- A Master's degree in Management, business, and related fields is a plus.
- At least 3 to 5 years of experience as an HR Generalist, with expertise in HR functions such as Recruitment, Performance Management, Employee Labor & Relations, Compensation & Benefits, and HR Administration.
- Strong knowledge of HR laws, policies, and best practices.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to build relationships with department heads and employees at all levels.
- High level of organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in HRIS systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
- High level of discretion and integrity with confidential information.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Php25, Php32,000.00 per month
