Job Description:

Responsible for planning, publishing, and managing brand content across major social media platforms (such as Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, YouTube, Xiaohongshu, etc.)

Develop and implement social media content strategies to increase brand awareness, audience engagement, and community growth.

Plan and execute creative and shareable content ideas that align with brand campaigns and marketing objectives.

Monitor social media analytics, evaluate performance, and generate actionable insights for content optimization.

Stay updated on social media trends, platform algorithm changes, and emerging platforms to keep content strategies relevant and effective.

Qualifications:

3+ years of experience in social media management or content strategy, preferably with international or premium brands.

Bachelor's degree or equivalent.

Strong understanding of major social platforms' algorithms, content trends, and audience behaviors, with proven ability in content planning and storytelling. (Meta Business Suite, Sprout Social, Google Analytics)

Proficient in social media management and analytics tools (e.g., Meta Business Suite, Sprout Social, Google Analytics, etc.).

Excellent English writing and bilingual communication skills, with the ability to craft engaging and brand-consistent copy.

Strong visual sensibility and ability to collaborate effectively with design and video teams to deliver cohesive creative output.

Proactive, fast learner, and highly adaptable in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

Bonus: Familiarity with AI content tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Canva AI, Runway, Notion AI, etc.) is a plus.

Candidates must demonstrate professional experience across all major social media platforms including Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, YouTube, and Xiaohongshu.
