RECRUITMENT LEAD GENERATION SPECIALIST

We're hiring a Recruitment Lead Generation Specialist to drive applicant flow, attract top talent, and build a strong candidate pipeline through smart, data-driven digital strategies.


What You'll Be Doing
  • Create and manage paid and organic lead generation campaigns focused on recruitment goals
  • Generate and qualify candidate leads through social media, online ads, and job portals
  • Collaborate with the recruitment and marketing teams to align messaging and targeting strategies
  • Optimize campaigns to improve cost-per-lead and conversion rates
  • Manage inquiries and applications generated from ads, ensuring smooth handoff to recruiters
  • Track campaign performance and prepare reports on lead quality and recruitment funnel metrics
  • Conduct research on target audiences and competitor recruitment strategies
  • Stay up to date with digital trends, tools, and best practices to enhance lead generation performance

What We're Looking For
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Human Resources, Communications, or related field
  • At least 1–2 years of experience in lead generation, digital marketing, or recruitment marketing
  • Familiar with Meta Ads, Google Ads, and other online advertising platforms
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and optimize campaigns
  • Excellent communication, creativity, and time management skills
  • Goal-driven, resourceful, and collaborative
  • Must be willing to work onsite in BGC, Taguig
