The IT Solutions Developer Associate works closely with the IT team to build and implement web-based or system-based applications. The role involves programming, testing, debugging, and deploying software systems and tools used by different departments. The associate ensures that all solutions are aligned with company goals, secure, and efficient while continuously improving system performance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop, test, and implement software and web applications based on business needs
  • Support automation projects and system integrations
  • Collaborate with users to gather and document technical requirements
  • Troubleshoot, debug, and upgrade existing systems or applications
  • Maintain technical documentation, code repositories, and system records
  • Ensure software solutions are secure, optimized, and scalable
  • Coordinate with IT infrastructure and data teams for system deployment and maintenance
  • Research and recommend new technologies to enhance productivity and performance

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field
  • With or without experience (experience in system development or software support is an advantage)
  • Proficient in programming languages such as C#, Java, PHP, Python, or JavaScript
  • Familiar with SQL databases and web technologies (HTML, CSS, APIs)
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Good understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC) and version control systems (e.g., Git)
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills
  • Willing to work on-site or hybrid setup depending on company requirements

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresh graduate

Pay: Php16, Php18,000.00 per month
