We're looking for a Contracts Administrator to join our client's dynamic project management team. This role is ideal for someone with strong commercial acumen and attention to detail, who thrives in managing contractual processes within large-scale industrial or construction projects.
As a Contracts Administrator, you'll support the Project Manager in ensuring all contractual and commercial activities are completed efficiently, accurately, and in line with company and client requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide guidance on contract interpretation, payments, scope changes, variations, and claims.
- Prepare and maintain contract documentation, correspondence, and reports.
- Liaise with clients, suppliers, and subcontractors to ensure compliance with contract terms.
- Monitor and manage contract performance, ensuring quality standards and deadlines are met.
- Assist with final accounts, claims preparation, and project close-out documentation.
- Identify and report potential commercial or contractual risks and recommend solutions.
- Maintain organized and up-to-date records and databases in compliance with company systems.
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field (preferred).
- At least 3-5 years of experience in contract administration, ideally within the construction, maintenance, or industrial sectors.
- Strong understanding of contract law, documentation, and tendering processes.
- Excellent technical writing, analytical, and communication skills.
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel) and familiar with data management or costing systems.
- High level of attention to detail, time management, and problem-solving abilities.
- Willing to work in the office full-time at Arcovia City, Brgy. Ugong, Pasig City. (Monday-Friday, 7:00 AM - 4:00 PM)
