Role Overview

  • Translate questionnaires and responses (English to other languages, and vice versa), develop survey forms, and consolidate data for analysis
  • Analyze survey data, prepare comprehensive reports, and present insights to key stakeholders
  • Document focus group discussions (FGDs) and conduct research to support capability-building initiatives
  • Maintain and update the inventory of capability-building programs by consolidating key information

Required Qualifications

  • Graduate of BS Psychology or any related course
  • At least 2-3 years of related work experience (survey design, translation, and data analysis for different languages)
  • Experience in translating research tools and survey responses between English and another language
  • Hands-on experience in documenting and analyzing Focus Group Discussions (FGDs)
  • Experience in preparing analysis and documentation reports for presentation
  • Familiarity with capability-building or learning & development programs is a plus
  • Strong translation skills and proficiency in online survey tools; Analytical Thinking, Detail Orientation and Project management
