What You'll Do:

Amazon Operations (Vendor & FBA)

Confirm and process Amazon Vendor Central purchase orders

Input POs and FBA shipments into 3PL systems

Manage tracking, shortages, discrepancies, and support cases

Maintain accurate logs for shipments, inventory, and invoicing

Analyse Amazon reports and update internal forecasts

Plan replenishment shipments across UK, EU, and USA

Logistics & 3PL Coordination

Liaise with third-party logistics partners across time zones

Evaluate and book the most cost-effective shipping solutions

Support internal operations, including relabelling projects and warehouse coordination

Retail & Cross-Functional Support

Manage retail customer purchase orders from allocation to dispatch

Coordinate with Sales, Finance, and Customer Service teams

Prepare documentation and ensure timely delivery

Support product sample shipments

Internal reporting tools, include updating the PO tracker weekly.

What We're Looking For:

2+ years in operations, logistics, or supply chain (Amazon experience a strong advantage)

High attention to detail and strong organisational skills

Confident with spreadsheets (Excel)

Clear, professional communicator across teams and time zones

A proactive doer who owns their workload and solves problems fast

Bonus Points:

Experience with Amazon Vendor Central and FBA

Familiarity with 3PL systems and freight portals

Consumer goods or e-commerce background

Job Type: Full-time

 From ₱50,000.00 per month (depends on experience)
