Maya is seeking a seasoned product leader to own and scale our MarTech, AdTech, Loyalty, and DataTech platforms. If you have deep experience in customer engagement technologies and a strong background in fintech, e-commerce, or digital banking—this role is for you.

What You'll Do:

  • Lead product strategy, roadmap, and integrations across MADTech capabilities.
  • Drive seamless omni-channel experiences and partner ecosystems.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to deliver scalable, AI-powered engagement solutions.
  • Monitor performance and identify growth opportunities in wealth and adjacent industries.

What You Need to Succeed:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Computer Science/Engineering, or related field.
  • 6+ years in product management, ideally focused on loyalty, rewards, or customer engagement.
  • Proven success launching and scaling MarTech, AdTech, Loyalty, and DataTech products in financial services or related industries.
  • Strong grasp of customer behavior, data analysis, and market research.
  • Strategic mindset with sharp analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to prioritize, work independently, and deliver in a fast-moving environment.
  • Passion for building products that create real value for users and the business.
