Job Brief

Our client, a fast-growing FinTech innovator in the AI and digital risk space, is hiring a Senior Product Manager to lead key digital identity and risk assessment solutions in the Philippine market. This strategic role involves shaping product direction, launching high-impact features, and managing ecosystem partnerships to drive growth in secure onboarding and risk intelligence.

The ideal candidate brings deep experience in compliance technologies, fraud prevention, and decision automationalong with strong familiarity in regulatory requirements such as KYC, AML, and data privacy. Youll work cross-functionally with internal engineering, data science, compliance, and client-facing teams to deliver market-leading solutions.



Key Responsibilities

Product Leadership

  • Own the full product lifecycle and roadmap for digital identity and risk profiling platforms.
  • Lead the definition and enhancement of features such as identity verification, decision logic, scoring models, alert systems, and investigation workflows.

Innovation & Market Relevance

  • Monitor evolving trends in digital compliance, risk tech, fraud detection, and privacy legislation.
  • Develop new offerings using alternative data and machine learning to promote financial inclusion.

Data & Vendor Partnerships

  • Lead partnerships with third-party data and analytics providers to strengthen product capabilities.
  • Oversee integration of APIs, data pipelines, and service components with internal systems.

Risk Intelligence & Decisioning

  • Work with data scientists to design and refine risk scorecards, rules engines, and alert mechanisms.
  • Integrate with case management platforms to support streamlined monitoring and decision processes.

Compliance & Audit Readiness

  • Ensure all product features comply with BSP and AMLC regulations, including data privacy laws.
  • Contribute to documentation and support during audits and regulatory evaluations.

Go-to-Market Support

  • Support GTM efforts by enabling sales and client success teams with documentation, training, and demo materials.
  • Act as the senior product lead in discussions with clients, partners, and internal stakeholders.


Requirements
  • Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Business, Data, or related fields
  • 5-8 years of product management experience in FinTech, RegTech, lending, or compliance tech
  • Proven track record in managing identity verification, fraud detection, or decisioning platforms
  • Familiarity with regulatory frameworks in the Philippines (e.g., onboarding, AML, data privacy)
  • Strong collaboration and communication skills across technical and non-technical teams
  • Experience with API-driven products and complex data workflows
  • Excellent English communication skills (Mandarin a plus)
