At Ruvixx, we partner with leading software vendors to run global license compliance and anti-piracy campaigns. We're currently looking for an OSINT Investigator to join our remote team based in the Philippines. This role supports the EMEA region and is ideal for someone with strong English communication skills, an investigative mindset, and experience working with research tools and data.

What You'll Do

  • Analyze telemetry data (e.g. IP addresses, usage patterns, phone-home logs) to identify potential license violations

  • Conduct OSINT research to verify company legitimacy and find key stakeholders

  • Maintain and update CRM systems with accurate and timely case information

  • Support compliance and anti-piracy investigations through documentation and reporting

  • Collaborate with internal teams and clients to guide cases from notification to resolution

  • Contribute to process improvements and data quality initiatives

What We're Looking For

  • 1 year of experience in compliance, research, investigations, or data analysis

  • Solid understanding of or strong interest in OSINT (e.g. TECHINT, SOCMINT, FININT)

  • Fluent English (B1 or higher) — strong written and verbal communication

  • Comfortable with tools like SQL, CRMs, databases, Excel or Google Sheets

  • Strong attention to detail, critical thinking, and organizational skills

  • Ability to work independently in a remote and fast-paced setting

Nice to Have

  • Experience in license compliance, anti-piracy, or cybersecurity

  • Background in customer support or client engagement (email, chat, video)
